Apnea Total is a relaxed, practical approach to freediving. Instead of treating every level like an exam, it gives you clear targets to work towards while building confidence, technique and safety in the water. We teach the full pathway at Orenda, from Level 1 through to Instructor.

Apnea Total Junior Freediver
2 days · Ages 11-14 · Max depth 12 m
The same two days as Apnea Total Freediver Level 1, for students aged 11 to 14, at the same price. Junior students work to a maximum depth of 12 metres rather than 20.

3 days · Max depth 30 m
Three days and the step to 30 metres, with the option of adding the static apnea work.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience for Level 1?
No. You only need to be comfortable in the water and able to swim 200 m.
Is there an exam?
No. Apnea Total uses performance targets rather than pass-or-fail testing.
Can I move to Molchanovs later?
Yes. Many divers continue into Molchanovs without changing school.
